    Mary applies her passion for empowering others to lead and engaging her team of skilled financial counselors and educators in our mission to strengthen families and individuals who seek to improve the quality of their lives. As a seasoned advocate for older individuals, Mary leads AARP’s BankSafe initiative in Ohio, partnering with financial institutions to equip frontline staff to prevent senior financial exploitation and scams. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering for local animal rescue organizations as a foster “parent”.

    As our Client Service Representative, Ruby is “Chief of First Impressions”. She is often the first person you will talk with when you contact Financial Counseling and Education. She attended Miami University where she majored in Business Administration. Before joining LifeSpan, Ruby was a Benefits Representative in the insurance industry where she also applied her attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

    Angelic Frazier

    Independent Living Assistance Team Lead

    Angelic started her career with LifeSpan 18 years ago, as a Home Health Aide.  She moved roles to an Independent Living Assistance and was then promoted to the Independent Living Supervisor. In her capacity, she began assisting the Guardianship program with Medicare & Medicaid processes; which lead her to the additional position of Social Service/Volunteer Coordinator with the Guardianship program. Currently Angelic carries multiple roles with LifeSpan as Guardianship Social Services/Volunteer Coordinator and Independent Living Assistant Team Lead.

    Sonja Cheatham, MA

    Life Coach Coordinator

    Sonja joins us with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Ohio University as well as a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Cincinnati. Her 20+ years of experience within Social Services has spanned mental health case management, to elderly services to social services for underprivileged children. She believes strongly in making sure that all people are treated fairly and guided in a non-judgemental manner.

    Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in business, finance, and casework. Stephanie earned a business certificate while still attending high school and then went to Miami University for business education. Stephanie’s focus in life is to help others in need while also getting them outside resources for them and/or their families to thrive in life.

    TIffani Jackson, CCCC, CSLC, CFE

    Steering for Success Financial Coach

    Tiffani is a Certified Consumer Credit Counselor (CCCC) & Certified Student Loan Counselor (CSLC). She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus in social psychology from Trinity (Washington) University in Washington D.C. Before becoming a Financial Coach, Tiffani was a Financial Stability Assistance/ Ohio Benefit Bank Counselor and Housing Coach. As a Financial Coach, Tiffani provides individuals with various financial options to help improve their livelihood in a manner that supports their personal goals.

    Angela Muchmore

    Financial Counselor and Educator

    Angela has a degree in Business Management from CCU and is certified in Radio & TV Broadcasting. Her background includes working for various nonprofits planning and implementing programs/events, mentoring/coaching youth/adults, facilitating, job coaching and more. Also, she has worked in the financial industry for 10 years for both business and personal accounts performing customer service, training and more. Angela has a passion for teaching/coaching, helping others thrive & grow as well as achieve their goals in life. She believes that every step taken is a step forward in overcoming obstacles and leads to positive progress towards success. Angela also is a writer, singer and resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with her son.

    Guardianship Manager

    Lisa has provided advocacy and support for others over the past 28 years and with LifeSpan’s Guardianship program leading a team, including staff and volunteers, for over six years. As a Nationally Certified Guardian providing the highest quality of decision making is Lisa’s goal; including coordination with all supports in the community. Lisa is also a member of the National Guardianship Association and board member of the Ohio Guardianship Association. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys volunteering for various community opportunities including hospice care.

    Tierrah Mayfield, NCG

    Guardianship Team Lead

    Tierrah graduated from the University of Cincinnati a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She has a background in adult mental health and has obtained her NCG certification.

    Tammy Cotton

    Guardianship Administrative Assistant

    Tammy has been with LifeSpan for 23+ years where she started as a Scheduler in the Home Care Program later becoming the Home Care Coordinator. Nine years into her employment Tammy was offered the opportunity to transfer to the Guardianship Program as Administrative Assistant where she currently remains. In this position, she works closely with Management, Staff Guardians, Probate Courts/Personnel, Lawyers, and other outside agencies. Tammy oversees varies duties including but not limited to; assisting with the Expert Evaluations, preparing the program billing, assisting Guardian of Estate Attorneys and providing expert assistance to anyone interested in the program and more.

    Adrian Alessandro, BSW, LSW

    Staff Guardian

    Adrian Alessandro, a graduate of Miami University, is one of the Staff Guardians at LifeSpan. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, having completed internship positions with the Butler County Probate Court and Butler County Adult Protective Services. Adrian has continued experience working with diverse populations for over a decade as a Licensed Cosmetologist and now as a Licensed Social Worker. In her spare time, Adrian enjoys spending time with family and volunteering at local animal shelters.

    Jennifer David, NCG

    Staff Guardian

    Jennifer graduated from Miami University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Sociology. She went on to attend Graduate School at Liberty University where she studied Professional Counseling. She served as a Supervisor to a licensed group home for individuals with developmental disabilities and then transitioned to the mental health field as a CPST. She began her career with Lifespan in 2014 and has since obtained her NCG certification.

    Jennifer has a passion for service to vulnerable populations and is honored to serve as a court-appointed Guardian to the Probate courts of Butler and Warren County.

    Aaron Davis

    Staff Guardian

    Aaron had provided support to individuals with various needs for over the past 10 years and has served as a legal guardian to individuals for over the past 8 years. He has a Bachelors Degree in Education from the Ohio State University, where he received knowledge in special education programs and volunteered in the Special Olympics. In his spare time, he enjoys taking an individual with special needs into the community to participate in sports and other recreational events.

    Melody Wolf

    Staff Guardian

    Melody has over 10 years experience in the mental health/developmentally disabled field. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from Fort Hays State University and will graduate in May with her Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Gerontology. She is a nationally certified guardian through the National Guardianship Association.
